Smoked fish seller...

Michelle Q. Guinto "postulate to always be the best version of yourself ."

Being an Entrepreneur/ CEO/ Managing Director. This joyful lady  who was born on the 29th of January, 1980 and now 39 years old has been in her field of profession for 13 years. She has 3 more siblings and already a mom of 3 lovely children. They are currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Attended schools at Ligtong Elementary School from 1986-1992;  Bagbag National High School from 1992-1996; and Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 1996-1999.

Her other interests are business, sports, reading articles, listening to current news, and attending seminars. A Roman Catholic by faith.

As a daily motivation, she said that being the best version of yourself is a silent guide of her inner self to remind her to keep moving to achieve a greater heights of her chosen field of endeavour.  She added that she's always surprised to actually discover something new about herself and find it very rewarding at the same time.

Not really a fan os superheroes. Well, she laughs as she stated that she's not into superheroes but if she will choose to be one, she would still choose to be her own self. Because for her, everyone is a superhero in their own way, by their own choices. She believes that heroes are not only those who wear capes and masks or with superpowers.

Enjoying being a mom of 3 and managing her own business at the same time. She said that her life has never been easy, she had her own share of struggles especially on the side of managing her own business. Learning to love and embrace what you do, and the mindset that you are not only doing what you do for yourself but for your family, especially your children, then you savour the sweet taste of happiness and success together.

Hitting the hard rock.  Managing a business is not always a straight line. Along the road comes sharp edges and curves, bumps and humps, and sometimes dead ends. It was year 2016 when they experienced the hardest and she thinks that helped her most is prayer. Having faith with Him kept her going. And having the right people your back, supportive groups that extended not only their helping hands, but their time and words of wisdom that really helps her to overcome their hardships that time.

Source of strength. Her husband is the greatest fan of her life aside from her children. He's the solid rock that she could always turn to through ups and down. He is always been supportive to her she said, and loving, and giving her encouragement that really help her to move forward. For her, her husband is a great partner and greatest fan of her at the same time.

Words of encouragement : It's a known fact that they started from humble beginnings (selling smoked fish with my sister) where she acquired her skills and mindset for business/entrepreneurship. Big things come from small beginnings. If you want to do something that you really love, don't hesitate to start, you don't know what's the success journey unfolds you.

If not managing her own business, maybe she will be a company manager or a housewife. ]

Her fair share to world change. In this fast pace world, being innovative  has always been the cream of the crop in the vast community of business and entrepreneurship. She's passionate to see that they are moving forward towards excellence interns of products or services they offer. Taking things one step at a time will conglomerate into a fire that may influence others to be inspired to start on their own and be a better Filipino that our country could be proud of.
