Joanne Mae M. Liwag "It's to be reminded to let go of things I cannot control."
About her: An only child who was born on May 14, 1988. She's a 29-year old Public Relations Executive for a year in her career. A Roman Catholic by faith.
Schools attended: She completed her nursery up to college at Gapan Educational Centre for Children; Gapan North Central School; Juan R. Liwag Memorial High School; and Trinity University of Asia.
Her hobbies: She loves travelling, photography, watching movies and tv shows.
Her own mantra: She said, "It's to be reminded to let go of things I can't control. That applies to everything in my life. It helps me find peace in the things I cannot change."
Who are you if you’re a superhero and why? "I would probably be Professor X. I've always believed that our minds are most powerful thing in the world," she described.
Did you ever find happiness and success together in your life? She said, "I think success and happiness are subjective. I found peace and contentment in my every day that comes, so yes. In a way, that's how I define me being happy and successful."
Have you reached the rock bottom in life? How did you overcome it? She explained,"I have. In my career. It's not as bad as other people might say but feeling worthless in a job kills your dreams and aspirations somehow. I got over it by having the courage to change the situation I'm in and having the faith to move forward."
Greatest fan in her life: "My parents. For sure. We've never been the wealthy family but they've made sure to always support my dreams and make me feel loved even when I fail," she told us.
A contribution to change the world: She said, "Someone once told me to throw kindness and compassion around because by doing that, in my little part, I'm battling negativity in the world. I think it's a beautiful thing."
If not in your profession right now, who, what and where are you? Why?
"I'd still probably be me, but as a photographer or a travel blogger, living in New York or London. I've always loved capturing moments and I don't think I'll ever let that go," she happily said.

Her voice matters: She concluded, "I'd say, take each day as it comes, find your peace in the noise and always know your worth in the situations you take part in."
